The best piece of advice I got for 2007
Bright sunny mornings always follow dark gloomy nights. Highs and lows are a part of life, enjoy the highs and be patient during the lows. It would be unreasonable to expect every day to be perfect. Do not over react when things look glum, they have always gotten better eventually :)

What about when every day is messed up, every thing u do all the time goes wrong for no fault of yours. Then it is tough to keep ur head up. But u can always try.
