paradox of time

when u are busy, u can think of so much u wud love to do if u had the time.
when u are jobless, u just feel terribly lethargic and dont do any of the above.

lament of a sleepy head

what is at stake
when u can't stay awake
what is there to loose
if u shut ur eyes and snooze
take a giant leap
simply fall asleep

all that heavy food
it was tasty and so good
now my poor eyes
inspite of many tries
won't stay open any more
i will drop asleep for sure

i want to put my head
onto a cosy bed
i want someone to hug
not sleep with a bed bug
floating thru myriad streams
lost within my dreams

read more
think less
eat more
waste less
save more
care less
blog more

one minute u r sitting cold in a broken down car with foggy windows
one minute u r lying warm tucked into a blanket listening to deep purple on ur laptop
one minute u discover an unexpected 10K from some unheard scholarship in ur bank
one minute u lose 200 bucks in the most uncanny fashion
one minute and a winning goal sends a shiver of delight
one minute and a little slip plunges a nation into gloom
one minute u give into ur impulses
the next u hold back and wonder why
